Royal Wedding Fever

YES! I too was infected with Royal Wedding Fever!

I was up at 3:00 am to watch all the coverage of the Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton!

The wedding was absolutely wonderful.

It was romantic, full of pageantry and prestige, love, and of course ROYALTY!

There is just something about watching a girl find her prince (who actually is a Prince!)

It truly is a real life fairy tale and I just adored every minute of it!

The best part of the ceremony was after Prince William saw Kate for the first time and whispered:

"You look beautiful"

Be still my heart, talk about romantic.

To quote my friend Suzanne:

"She's the luckiest girl in the whole world!"

EPCOT Guest Relations...here I come! :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, April 27, 2011 is a date that will go down in history as one of the most
important in my life!

Why you ask?!

Because today at exactly 1:01 pm I got the MAGICAL call from Disney Casting!

I was offered a Professional Internship in GUEST RELATIONS

at

EPCOT!!!!!

I am beyond excited!

Here is where I will be from June 23 to January 7th:

Epcot during Flower and Garden! :)

This will my place of work! :)

YAY!! I am so excited! I cannot wait to start this next chapter in my life! :)

Now, if you will excuse me I'm gonna go learn everything I can about my park! :)

Waiting......

Still no word from Disney.

I have to say, as it gets closer and closer to May 1st, I get just a little more nervous and worried!

But I am trying my very best to stay positive. I'm moving to Florida regardless and will work for Disney regardless, but I don't think I have ever wanted anything as much as I want this Professional Internship.

All I gotta do is have a little FAITH and TRUST! :)

(And I sure could use some Pixie Dust!) :)

Hello! Sorry for being a no good very bad blogger!

Just haven't had anything super exciting happen lately. But I figured I would write a little

somethin somethin....

So here are the super random thoughts that have been floating around in my head lately:

1. STILL no word from Disney. I know they say patience is a virtue and usually I am a very patient person. But I'm not gonna lie, the waiting is KILLING ME! Seriously everything my phone beeps (letting me know I have an e-mail), or rings, or double beeps (letting me know I have missed call). My heart just about stops

Yeah NOT a fun feeling. Only comforting thing is the fact that I haven't gotten a rejection e-mail yet

(knock on wood)

Prayers are def needed people! :)

2. I just ordered my graduation invitations. BAH! That makes graduating from college so much more real! All I need now is to buy my cap and gown and follow that up with some good ole cap decorating!

3. I just started watching a new show called Camelot and I LOVE IT! So glad I have a free trial of netflix because I actually get to watch it! Gotta love medieval history!

4. Looking at how expensive it is going to be to actually move to Florida makes me kinda nervous.

But it will so be worth it! :)

5. I have one month of student teaching left.

6. I went to a teacher job fair today and it was a total and complete waste of time.

7. I am in need of a Disney fix BAD. A Disney movie is going to have to be watched tomorrow for sure! ( I thinking Tangled again, yes I said again)

8. I am ready to be tan again.

9. I just found out that Harry Potter and the Dealthly Hallows Part 1 comes out on DVD April 15th!

That just made my night! :)

10. I know I sent yall to a link for my graduation pictures, but those were only a handful of them. There are a few others I'd like to share because I just LOVE them. I think they came out soooo good! :)

I'm 23! Wait what?!

Wow has it been a crazy couple of weeks. Sorry it has been so long since I've blogged. I know all of you have missed me!

Here is what I have been up:

1. Student teaching (Duh) and still loving it. (I only have 6 weeks left and I am super excited!)

2. I had only whole week off (my last Spring Break EVER) and I went home.

3. Me and Jenny went with Ashley and a bunch of her female relatives to watch Ashley try on wedding dresses for the very first time! :) It was so exciting watching her try on beautiful dress after beautiful dress. Of course she looked amazing in every dress she tried on, but I think she found the one!

So happy for you Ashley!

5. I HAD A BIRTHDAY!

Yep March 18th was my 23rd birthday. Had a super yummy dinner at Olive Garden with my best friends.

I had a very special surprise waiting for me when I got back to the little yellow house on Sunday night. My roommates got me my favorite meal from Taco Cabana, made me a birthday cake (and sang Happy Birthday of course), and they even decorated my room for me with balloons and streamers and a super cute sign! It was so sweet. I have the best roommates EVER!

23 is going to be FABULOUS!

6. While I still haven't heard anything about the Professional Internships I've applied for with Disney (don't worry, NO NEWS IS STILL GOOD NEWS)

I did get my offer to do another College Program. I was offered the Character Attendant role, which is really exciting because that means I would be in Entertainment, for the Fall Advantage program.

So if I don't get the PI (please keep your fingers crossed that I do though) I will definitely be going back to Florida anyway on another College Program.

Oh one more thing I have to mention is that it is finally SPRING TIME and I could not be more excited! Time to break out the cute springtime dresses and flats! WOO HOO! :)
